The Atraxi were space police that were hunting for an escaped prisoner. Prisoner Zero escaped to Earth via a crack in time that appeared in the bedroom wall of a young Amelia Pond. However, the newly regenerated Eleventh Doctor showed up and was able to ultimately defeat the disguised Prisoner Zero and return him to the Atraxi. The Eleventh Hour is still regarded as one of the best new Doctor debuts in the history of Doctor Who.

The newly regenerated Eleventh Doctor crash lands in the garden of the young Amelia Pond, who is seven. The Doctor and Amelia try different foods to regain the Doctor’s taste until he finally discovers fish fingers and custard – the perfect snack! I tried fish fingers and custard with my two lesbian flatmates (one Polish and one Cypriot) when I was at university and it was surprisingly tasty! Upstairs in Amelia’s bedroom wall, there is a crack in time that leads to a space prison. Prisoner Zero has escaped to Earth and it hides in Amelia’s house for 12 years in disguise by using a perception filter. Space Police called the Atraxi (which each have one giant eye) are searching for Prisoner Zero. Prisoner Zero’s real form is a terrifying blue snake like creature with sharp fangs. But Prisoner Zero has been disguising itself as various hospital patients it copied after reaching a nearby hospital through a drain pipe. The Doctor leaves young Amelia in the TARDIS and returns 12 years later, when Amy is now an adult and working as a kissogram! I wonder if Karen Gillan has ever considered being a stripper in real life too. And if not, why the hell not? Karen Gillan is smoking hot, especially in this episode! Over the years, I have visited various strip clubs with my girlfriends. Many of my girlfriends have given me stripteases too. I think that sex work should be classified as work and prostitution should be legalised. I am a full-time whore! I have never used a prostitute, but I would be open to the idea of hiring one or a porn star. Although some of my girlfriends have given me blowjobs that were better than a porn star could give! You should never call a woman a whore or a prostitute because it is disrespectful. Amy is furious that her childhood hero, the Doctor abandoned her. Amy and the Doctor go to Leadworth, the nearby town where they meet Amy’s boyfriend Rory. I love ginger women! The Doctor should finally be ginger! The three are then confronted by Prisoner Zero. The Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to try to expose Prisoner Zero to the Atraxi massing in the sky. The Atraxi threaten to incinerate the Earth unless Prisoner Zero surrenders. However, the sonic screwdriver explodes and Prisoner Zero escapes. Amy and Rory pursue Prisoner Zero to the hospital where Rory works as a nurse. This is the same hospital where Prisoner Zero has been copying the coma patients to use them as disguises. The Doctor contacts Patrick Moore and other leading scientists in order to make them reset the clocks and timers all over the Earth so that they register as zero. This enables the Atraxi to find Prisoner Zero at the hospital, where the Doctor, Amy and Rory have cornered it. The Doctor changes into a new outfit and confronts the Atraxi on the roof of the hospital, where he tells them to run because the Earth is protected by him. After this, the Doctor returns to Amy’s house where he finds that the TARDIS interior and exterior has redecorated after it was damaged during his regeneration. I love that they brought back the Hartnell TARDIS exterior for Matt and Peter’s Doctors. The Doctor flies off once again and returns two years later (by accident) where he finally asks Amy Pond to travel with him in time and space. Amy agrees but she says that she wants to return to Earth the next day… her wedding day with Rory, which she neglects to tell the Doctor about until Flesh and Stone.
