The Graske – Tiny Trouble

The Graske was a short alien that caused trouble and mischief, such as kidnapping people from various civilisations! Thankfully, the Tenth Doctor was able to stop them (Attack of the Graske). One Graske was in the employ of a terrifying being called the Trickster (The Sarah Jane Adventures: Whatever Happened to Sarah-Jane?). However, the Graske was ultimately freed from the Trickster using a box given to him by Clyde Langer and Rani Chandra in The Sarah Jane Adventures: The Temptation of Sarah-Jane Smith. Sarah-Jane and her friends later met the blue cousins of the Graske called the Groske, who were employed by U.N.I.T during the Eleventh Doctor’s funeral in The Sarah Jane Adventures: Death of the Doctor.

The Tenth Doctor enlists the help of a human viewer to get rid of the Graske, a menacing alien from the planet Griffoth that enjoys kidnapping people from other civilisations. However, the Graske can also time travel and it goes back in time to Victorian London to steal more people. The Doctor traces the Graske back to its home planet of Griffoth. The human viewer and the Doctor are able to use a teleport to transport all of the kidnapped people back to their rightful places in time and space. The Graske is defeated on this occasion, but the Graske continues to be a menace on Earth in The Sarah Jane Adventures.

About Chris Olsen's TARDIS

I am an aspiring television producer, screenwriter and showrunner. I became a childhood fan of the popular BBC TV series Doctor Who at the age of 10, when my parents introduced me to the show upon its return in 2005. I am interested in all things sci-fi, fantasy and geeky, but Doctor Who takes the crown above all else. This website will detail my reviews of various episodes of Doctor Who from throughout its 60-year history. It will also contain content relating to other franchises that I grew up with as a kid, such as Star Wars and Harry Potter.
